01 Warranty Coverage

Arctic Fox warrants that the Super Mouse and its original accessories will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.

This warranty applies only to products purchased from Arctic Fox or authorized sellers.

02 What Is Covered

Under this warranty, Arctic Fox will, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective product, or
• Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value, or
• Provide a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not feasible

Covered defects include:

• Hardware manufacturing defects
• Touch display malfunctions not caused by misuse
• Wired connectivity failures due to manufacturing issues
• Control unit or internal electronic failures
• Button or sensor defects under normal usage conditions

03 What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage, cracks, or cosmetic wear
• Damage caused by accidents, drops, liquid exposure, fire, or misuse
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage due to improper voltage, incompatible accessories, or third-party software
• Normal wear and tear, including surface finishes and coatings
• Software issues caused by operating system updates or third-party applications
• Loss of data, profiles, or user-defined configurations

04 Software & Firmware Disclaimer

The Super Mouse desktop software and firmware are provided "as is" and "as available."

Arctic Fox does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with all operating systems or future updates.

Software updates may modify or remove features without prior notice.

05 Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

You may be responsible for shipping costs depending on your location and warranty status.

06 Replacement Terms

• Replacement products may be new or refurbished
• Replacement units carry the remaining original warranty period
• Color, cosmetic design, or packaging may vary

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Arctic Fox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, productivity, or business interruption
• Arctic Fox's total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product
