01 Overview
At Arctic Fox, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of the Super Mouse, this Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
02 Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The product was purchased directly from Arctic Fox or an authorized seller
- The product is in its original condition
- The product has not been physically damaged
- All original accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging are included
- Proof of purchase is provided
Products returned without original accessories or packaging may be subject to a partial refund.
03 Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modification
- Products returned after the 7-day return window
- Items purchased from unauthorized sellers
04 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and proof of purchase
- Describe the reason for the return
- Follow the return instructions provided by our support team
Note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
05 Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
06 Exchanges
If your Super Mouse arrives defective or damaged, you may request:
- A replacement unit
- A repair under warranty terms
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
07 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped
- Arctic Fox is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery
08 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Order details
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate upon verification.
09 International Orders
For international purchases:
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping and customs clearance fees
