a) Device & Usage Information

When you use the Super Mouse and related software, we may collect limited technical and usage data, including:

• Software feature usage, such as shortcuts, profiles, and control settings

b) Voice & Input Features

If you enable the voice-to-text feature:

• Voice input is processed only to convert speech into text
• Arctic Fox does not store voice recordings unless explicitly stated and consented to
• Voice data is processed locally on your device and securely transmitted to the PC for speech-to-text processing

You can disable voice features at any time through the software settings.

c) Flow Application & Configuration Data

The Super Mouse desktop Flow application may store:

• User-defined shortcuts and macros
• Touch display layouts and preferences
• Interface and performance settings
• PC application details

This data is primarily stored locally on your device unless cloud-based features are explicitly enabled.

d) Website Information

When you visit our website, we may collect:

• Pages visited and interaction data

e) Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect your Google account to the Super Mouse desktop application, we may request access to your Google Calendar to provide calendar synchronization features. Through this integration, Super Mouse may:

• View calendar events from your Google Calendar
• Create new calendar events on your behalf
• Modify existing calendar events
• Delete calendar events when requested by you
• Display reminders and notifications related to your calendar events

Google Calendar data is accessed only with your explicit authorization through Google's secure OAuth authentication process.

Arctic Fox does not store, copy, or maintain your Google Calendar events, event details, attendees, reminders, or schedules in its servers or databases. Calendar information is accessed directly from Google solely to provide synchronization and notification functionality within the Super Mouse application.

We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing calendar synchronization features.

You may revoke Super Mouse's access to your Google Calendar at any time through your Google Account security settings.

Arctic Fox uses the collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain Super Mouse features
• Enable touch display controls, desktop shortcuts, and customization
• Improve performance, reliability, and software stability
• Develop new features and enhancements
• Respond to customer support and technical inquiries

Additional use of Google Calendar data:

• Synchronize events between Google Calendar and the Super Mouse application
• Create, update, and delete calendar events based on user actions

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

• Most functional and configuration data remains on your local system
• Any data transmitted is encrypted during transfer
• Access to sensitive data is limited to authorized personnel only
• Google Calendar data is accessed only with the user's authorization and is not stored, retained, or backed up on Arctic Fox servers or databases

While we take strong precautions, no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
